PARKERAY – St Olaf House SE1.
An extension to the resources of London Bridge Hospital saw the conversion of office space to wards, labs, theatres and consultation rooms. Situated within the Art Deco, St Olaf House, this project presented a small time frame for works and required specialist sealants and techniques.

Flisher Stevens & Smith – Alexander House Hotel
Mantech have been contracted to undertake internal and external works to an extension project to this magnificent 17 th century country house hotel. Scope of works includes suites, swimming and leisure facilities, as well as sealing fenestration and expansion joints. This luxurious building type demands the highest standard of workmanship and considerate construction.

WFC - Oceana, Leeds
Mantech attended to sealant application within this 7 million-pound, brand new venue. Oceana features 4 Bars, 2 Nightclubs, 4 VIP suites and a Restaurant. Work was completed quickly and demonstrated Mantech’s ability to undertake long-range contracts.

Bellway Homes – Redding Way, Woking
This new build development of 173 units was ran from spring 2004 to summer 2005 and is typical of the daily work we carry out. This project lead to close working relationships and future contracts with Bellway Homes.

Dean & Dyball – St Albans Fire Station
Mantech undertook works to internal bathroom and changing areas to the new St Albans Fire Station. Scope of works included expansion joints to front and rear floor slabs.

Smith & Co – Kavner Building, Hammersmith
Refurbishment to office space required clear silicone sealant to glazed partitioning, creating a clear joint between panels. Sealant application to Mirrors, WC and Sanitary ware was also carried out, and is typical of the type of refurbishment work we undertake on a daily basis. This project required specialist techniques and a new product.
